Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time services are rendered, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

  • To secure a scheduling slot, we kindly request a 50% deposit. Payments can be made in cash, by check, or via credit card through Square card processing services or one of our other affiliated services.

  • For larger projects or contracts, a deposit may be required to secure the service appointment or initiate the project. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be outlined in the service agreement or contract.

  • Invoices will be provided for all services rendered, detailing the scope of work, charges, and payment due date.

Late Payments

  • Payments that are not received by the due date are considered past due and may be subject to late fees or interest charges as permitted by law.

  • In the event of a late payment, we reserve the right to suspend further services until payment is received in full.

  • Any costs incurred in the collection of overdue payments, including but not limited to collection agency fees and legal expenses, will be the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please notify us at least 3 days in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled service appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit paid.

  • For projects or contracts, cancellation terms will be outlined in the service agreement or contract.

Refunds

  • Refunds may be issued in accordance with our Refund Policy, which is available for review on our website or upon request.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed promptly and credited back to the original method of payment.
